The ASICS Superblast 3 is a highly responsive, energised super trainer built for runners who want versatility without sacrificing performance. Whether you're pushing through a tempo session, hitting a faster-paced workout, or keeping things easy on a recovery run, the Superblast 3 delivers a supercharged, bouncy feel underfoot. Building on the much-loved Superblast 2, the third generation adds a top layer of FF LEAP superfoam and a new trampoline-pod outsole to take the ride to another level.
Sizing tip: This is an unisex shoe. Men's US sizes are shown. Women should order 1.5 sizes below their normal running shoe size. For example, if your normal size is a Women's 8, order a 6.5.
Underfoot, the midsole combines two layers of foam technologies - FF BLAST PLUS and the latest FF LEAP superfoam - to strike a balance between cushioning and lively responsiveness. FF LEAP, the lighter of the two, is the same foam used in ASICS' elite racing range, giving the Superblast 3 a noticeably more propulsive feel for an everyday trainer. A trampoline-inspired outsole pod adds to this by providing higher energy return at toe-off, giving each stride an extra snap.
Up top, the engineered woven upper is breathable and lightweight, while a gusseted tongue keeps everything locked in place through the midfoot. The reflective detailing helps keep you visible to traffic and other road users during early morning or evening runs.
