International Delivery

Delivery options and costs vary depending on the product and delivery country. Rates are quoted on the product page or at checkout. Tax, duty and Customs charges are determined by your local government and are the customer's responsibility.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any challenges with your tracking number, or a delivery issue, please don't hesitate to contact us or the courier company.

At RunDNA, we offer a range of shipping options for both Domestic (Australia) and International deliveries. We aim to process your orders quickly, typically within 1-2 business days, so you can get your gear as soon as possible.

Please note: During public holidays or busy sales periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch or shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 1-2 business days with an express delivery service or 1-5 business days with a regular delivery service after being dispatched.

For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.

International delivery options include Express Courier which is 2-4 business days to large cities and Standard International which can take up to 10 business days to large cities. Delivery to smaller towns could take longer.

Australia - all products can be delivered to anywhere within Australia.

International - only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, select your country in the Delivery Calculator section on the product page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. Payments are encrypted and processed securely through our payment gateway provider. RunDNA does not store any customer credit card details.

Please contact us if you're having any trouble with payment. If you prefer not to pay online, we will be able to offer you our bank account details for payment by direct deposit.

All product prices on RunDNA include 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax) when viewing prices in Australian Dollars. If you select a different currency from the list at the very top of the page, prices displayed in the selected currency will NOT include tax.

Australian Customers

The 10% GST applies to all orders delivered within Australia and its territories. Australian customers are issued with a tax invoice showing the GST amount once their payment has been confirmed.

International Customers

Orders with a delivery address outside of Australia and its territories are exempt from Australian GST. Some orders may incur taxes and duties applied by Customs in the country where the order is being delivered to. Any extra taxes and duties incurred by Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

All transactions on RunDNA are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices can be viewed in other currencies by selecting from the list at the very top of the page.

Prices converted into other currencies should only be used as a guide. International payments by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal may have a slightly different exchange rate and may attract currency conversion fees from the issuing bank or card provider.

All Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments for international orders are processed securely by PayPal and they allow payments to be made in over 20 currencies.

Absolutely! We want you to love what you buy, so we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Please keep in mind:

• Items should be unworn/unused (apart from trying them on for fit and comfort) and must be in their original saleable condition with packaging (shoe box) and labels.
• To keep the soles pristine, we kindly ask that you try shoes on indoors only.
• For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned if they've been tried on.
• Electronics, such as heart rate monitors, headphones, wearable tech, and watches, should remain unactivated. Once turned on, these items can't be resold, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, return postage is on us. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage. We offer a flat rate return of $10 through Australia Post, please contact us for more details.

Please note that any delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable when returning items for a refund. If you used a discount voucher, we'll consider the terms of the voucher when calculating your refund.

Yes, sale items are covered by the same 30-day return and exchange policy.

We're sorry to hear that you've received a faulty item, and we want to make it right. Please follow these steps to help us resolve the issue:

Submit a report by clicking "Contact Us" on our website, or email us at support@rundna.com.au with a brief description of the problem.

Please include clear photos showing:

• The fault
• The size label
• For footwear: a top-down view and a photo of the outsoles

We'll submit a warranty claim with the brand on your behalf.

The manufacturer or their local representative will review the item and determine whether it will be repaired or replaced under warranty.

If the claim is approved, we'll offer you a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on what works best for you.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-3 business days, depending on your form of order payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return and refund, please contact us at support@rundna.com.au.

Enter your code on the Delivery and Payment step of checkout in the "Add Voucher or Gift Card" box just under your order total.

All voucher codes will have conditions regarding their use. Conditions may include:

• a minimum spend (which only applies to the value of items in your order, excluding shipping costs)
• the code may apply to specific items only, or it may exclude use on specific items
• the code may only be valid for email subscribers or loyalty program members
• the code has a specific expiry date

When you apply your code in checkout, if the code cannot be applied to your order, the reason will be displayed. If the reason doesn't make sense or you need further help, please contact us.

Only 1 voucher code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, select the best one for your order and save the other code for a future order.

If you return an order that used a voucher code for a full refund, you will be refunded the amount that was originally paid for the order after a discount was applied. If the voucher code is still valid, then you would be able to use it on a future order with the same conditions of use.
