• How much is delivery?

  Express Delivery - 1-2 business days to capital cities, 1-5 business days to rural areas
  FREE for orders over $250
  $3.99 for orders over $150
  $5.99 for orders over $100
  $9.99 for orders under $100
  Bulky items - delivery cost is quoted on the respective product page and in checkout

  Regular Delivery - 1-5 business days to capital cities, 2-10 business days to rural areas
  FREE for orders over $100
  $6.99 for orders under $100
  Bulky items - delivery cost is quoted on the respective product page and in checkout

  International Delivery
  Delivery options and costs vary depending on the product and delivery country. Rates are quoted on the product page or at checkout. We do not include tax, duty or Customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. If there are any applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges in your country, you will need to pay them to your local authorities once they have notified you that the parcel has reached your country. Contact your local government or visit your local Customs government website for specific details.

• Can I track my order online?

  Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any challenges with your tracking number, or a delivery issue - please don't hesitate to contact us or the courier company.

• Order Processing Times

  At RunDNA, we offer a range of shipping options for both Domestic (Australia) and International deliveries. We aim to process your orders quickly—typically within 1-2 business days—so you can get your gear as soon as possible.

  Please note: During public holidays or busy sales periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch or shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

• How long do orders take to arrive?

  Within Australia, orders to metro areas of capital cities and larger regional centres should generally arrive within 1-2 business days with an express delivery service or 1-5 business days with a regular delivery service after being dispatched.

  For more remote locations it may take up to 10 business days, depending on the location.

  International delivery options include Express Courier which is 2-4 business days to large cities and Standard International which can take up to 10 business days to large cities. Delivery to smaller towns could take longer.

• What countries do you deliver to?

  Australia - all products can be delivered to anywhere within Australia.

  International - only certain products can be delivered internationally. To find out whether delivery is available to your country for a product, select your country in the Delivery Calculator section on the product page.
