Feeling a sweet tooth coming on but don’t want to undo all that hard work at the gym? The answer is quite simple really, kill two birds with one stone by whipping up or more like blending a delicious peanut butter and Nutella smoothie. Sure it can be considered as cheating, but it's better than reaching for a Reece's peanut butter cup and once in a while you are allowed to treat yourself. Plus your muscles will still be receiving all the protein they need to recover quicker. 

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 2 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter     
  • 1 tablespoon of nutella
  • 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
  •  Ice cubes     

Method 

Combine ingredients in and blend to desired consistency. Drink straight away... no one likes a warm shake after all.....
