Recovery is so much more than what you do post-workout. Your training load, how you warm-up, cooldown, your sleep quality, stretching, self-massage with foam rolling and massage guns, and last but not least, your sports nutrition all plays a critical part.

During your stay at the Dales Of Derby, you’ll enjoy nutritious meals including a continental style breakfast with scrumptious loaves of bread, fresh fruit, cereals, a variety of milk options and juices. Our skilled chef will provide lunch and dinner, cooking up wholesome, healthy and delicious meals to fuel body and mind and catering to any nutritional requirements including vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.

In terms of food for thought, the evening routines will include meditation and journaling to relax, unwind and nurture gratitude for your favourite moments of each day.
