You will be guided through 6 intensive and immersive personal development workshops. These workshops will help you question those long ingrained thought processes and allow you to see things in a new and positive light.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 All cancellations must be made by emailing us at sessions@sportitude.com.au
1.2 If you need to cancel your position on the retreat more than 30 days before the scheduled retreat date, you are entitled to: • A refund of the full fee paid to date, less $500. This will secure you a spot on another Sessions retreat in 2023. OR • A full refund of the fee paid to date.
1.3 We regret that any cancellations (excluding testing positive to Covid-19) within 30 days or less of the retreat date, will have 50% of the full fee paid to date refunded with the other 50% to be transferable to a future Sessions retreat.
1.4 We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. If we must cancel a retreat, there will be a full refund on all funds received to date.
1.5 We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as loss of work, airline tickets or other costs associated with your travels.
2.1 The safety and wellbeing of our guests is, and always has been, our highest priority. We continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely which includes checking the latest official news, updates and advice from the Australian Government and the hosting state of the retreat.
2.2 Any bookings will be offered a full refund if the retreat needs to be cancelled or a guest cannot make it due to border closures.
2.3 If a guest tests positive to Covid-19 within one week of the retreat start date, they will be entitled to: • A refund of the full fee paid to date, less $500. This will secure you a spot on another Sessions retreat in 2023. OR • A full refund of the fee paid to date.
3.1 All retreat prices are quoted and payable in AUD.
3.2 Full payment of $2,300.00 upfront to secure your spot.
3.3 Prices are based per person and do not include flights.
4.1 Personal travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour.
4.2 It is highly recommended that the guest organises suitable travel and health insurance. • Please note that this is the guest’s responsibility.
4.3 Guests must have adequate travel insurance to cover illness, death, loss of baggage and personal items. Travel insurance must also cover all activities within the Itinerary.
5.1 For your peace of mind, all of our crew members have had at least three doses of a Covid-19 vaccine and will need to provide a negative RAT or PCR test within 72 hours prior to the retreat starting.
5.2 Guests will also need to show proof of a negative RAT or PCR test within 72 hours before the retreat start date.
5.3 If any crew or guests experience coronavirus symptoms during the retreat, they must immediately undertake a RAT test. If positive, guests will be asked to leave and they will be entitled to the appropriate refund amount. 5.4 Our crew members will have sanitising kits, face masks, disinfectant sprays and RATs available to use throughout the retreat.
5.5 Masks must be worn in accordance with the retreat destination’s local health and safety requirements.
