Feeling a cheat day on the horizon? No need to undo all that hard work put in at the gym. Opt for a chocolate flavored protein shake that will satisfy those sugar cravings while also replenishing your muscles and aiding in your post workout recovery. Why not try our chocolate and Nutella protein shake. 

Ingredients:  

2 scoops of protein powder 

1 Cup of unsweetened almond milk, soymilk or regular milk 

1 frozen banana 

2 tablespoons of peanut butter 

1 tablespoon of Nutella 

3-5 ice cubes 

Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a food blender and process until you reach the desired consistency. If the mixture is too thick try adding a few more ice cubes. Serve straight away.
