The GPS watch is capable of analysing your overall exertion based on a measurement of stamina (0-100) and training effort (0-6).

When you’ve overexerted yourself or you're low on stamina, the Coros Trainer has a notification to tell you when you should wind down your workout. Taking into account your fitness history and current effort, it suggests a recovery window for you to rest and rejuvenate before heading back to the gym, road, trail or track.

For runners, the Coros Intelligent Stride Algorithm is a valuable tool that records your unique running stride – allowing your Coros multisport watch to learn how you move.

This personal stride model is used by Coros when your running on the treadmill indoors or in tunnels or other areas where the GPS signal is weak, to estimate the distance you have run.

It’s complete with a wrist-based heart monitor to know more about your heart and personalise your training and recovery.
