The 1000 Mile UP Ultimate arch support sock helps ease pain associated with plantar fasciitis and other common running injuries.
Plantar fasciitis refers to the inflammation of the weight-bearing connective tissue (plantar fascia) that runs from your heel through the arch of your foot and the base of the toes.
This may be result of overtraining, overpronation, running on hard surfaces or wearing footwear with inadequate support or cushioning.
This arch support sock provides targeted, pain-relieving pressure to your plantar fascia with memory-foam pad and an adjustable fit with neoprene strap.
Memory Pad Recommendation: 3 different levels of memory pad are included for adjustable pressure - Level 1 (Soft), Level 2 (Medium) and Level 3 (Firm).
1000 Mile recommend that you start with Level 2 and as you recover switch to Level 1. If you require more compression use Level 3.
Directions: Wrap support around foot (under or over sock). Adjust tension to requirements and secure with Velcro. To change pads carefully pull out flap and slide out foam insert.
