Sound too good to be true?  It really isn’t. Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies and the leading cause of anemia in Australia. While meat can offer an adequate intake of iron, Cacao presents the highest plant-based source if iron.

On average, cacao contains 7.3mg of iron per 100g. Beef contains 2.5mg.  As a non-heme based source of iron, get the maximum results by ensuring an adequate intake of Vitamin C with your plant-based sources of iron.

Now to the fun part, the 4 ingredient mousse that will satisfy those sugar cravings while delivering a potent dose of iron, protein and healthy fats to your diet.
