The 1000 Mile UP ITB Strap provides pain relief and firm support for the common running overuse injury, iliotibial band syndrome.
Pain outside the knee can be experienced as a result of the inflammation or tightness of the thick connective tissue from hip to the outer of your knee.
The ITB strap provides gentle, pain-reducing pressure, easing tension and avoiding rubbing between the iliotibial band and your knee. It can be used in conjunction with pain relief techniques such as foam rolling and icing, as advised by your doctor.
The ITB strap provides a non-slip fit with soft neoprene. The moisture managing and breathable textured fabric keeps you feeling fresh and comfortable.
Size Guide One size fits most: Fits knees measuring between 27 - 47cm / 11 inches - 19 inches. For sizing measure around centre of knee.
Wear Instructions: Slide onto leg and place pad just above knee cap. Adjust tension to requirements and secure.
