Join the team at PREPD, Sportitude Running and members from Adelaide Harriers Athletics Club, for a Sunday long run along the Linear Park Trail.
Run options will include:
- Group 1: 40 minutes out and 40 minutes back (total of 80 minutes)
- Group 2: 25 minutes out and 25 minutes back (total of 50 minutes)
This allows for runners in both groups to arrive back at the same time and accommodates for any pace.

PREPD’s history is rooted in over 20 years of collaborative medical research between Flinders and Yale Universities.
Their research team’s original goal was to create a better oral rehydration solution.
Their efforts focused on enhancing total water absorption in the body by tapping into the largely unused potential in the large intestine to absorb up to 5L of fluid per day.
They've now successfully trialled and tested PREPD with over 200 athletes across a diverse range of sports including triathlon, cycling, running, AFL, soccer, netball, motorsport, netball, rowing and surfing.
PREPD's unique two-step prime and recover formulation has been found to:
